In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the onus is placed upon management to foster a workplace environment free from harassment. CXOs, senior management, and managers serve as the vanguards of their employees’ well-being, entrusted with the task of cultivating a culture of safety and respect. It is imperative that they ensure their teams are not only acquainted with the PoSH policy but also proficient in its application.
