Sushant Kalra, addressed as the Messiah of Families, has empowered more than 250,000 parents across the globe.  Author of the book ‘Perfect Parenting’ – a manual that helps parents find their ‘perfect’ blend of parenting for their unique family setups. A multiple-time TEDx speaker who specialises in empowering parents and teachers in nurturing the limitless potential of children. A Global Presence Ambassador for Parenting2.0 – an international consciousness movement that promotes proactive education for Life Skills and winner of the Courageous Class Award by Kenneth Cole Foundation for the work done in empowering parents and educators. 

 

 

Manvi Gupta

Manvi Gupta, Co-Founder

Manvi is a strong believer that “every human being is capable of solving his or her own problems; all they need is a conducive and safe environment”.  Her life’s mission is to create an empowering atmosphere for anyone who comes into contact with her. She has served as a school counsellor for Parwarish. Served as a teacher mentor for a year as part of the Teacher Empowerment Program. In the last decade, she has conducted over 700 immersive workshops for parents, teachers, caregivers, and students on a range of subjects, among other items.



Rina Sharma, Chief Operating Officer

Rina Sharma is an expert corporate trainer. She specialises in designing and delivering sensitization workshops and other intervention programs on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of women at the workplace, Workplace Ethics, Cross Culture and D&I. She has conducted workshops and trainings on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) as an empanelled consultant by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India for trainings/workshops on the Sexual Harassment Act. She has also had the opportunity to confer with nodal organizations like the National Commission of Women & Ministry of Women & Child Development in the field of Prevention of Sexual Harassment. She has sensitized over 10,000 professionals in organisations. 

 

 

Shruti Dalela

Shruti Dalela, Program Coordinator

Shruti Dalela did her post-graduation in Social Work. She has been working with children for more than half a decade now. In her previous engagements, she has taken care of assignments where she was involved with children in need of care and protection under the JJ Act, underprivileged youth (aged 18 years to 25 years) by training them in employable skills, and dysfunctional families through home visits, counselling, and mentoring in various settings.
